Q: How long has the Sales Center System been in business?
A: We were established in February of 2005.

Q: Is the Sales Center System owned by Resorts 360?
A: Although we are a sales tool for Resorts 360 - we are a separate entity.

Q: Is there more than one Sales Center System for Resorts 360?
A: No – we are the only authorized Sales Center System for Resorts 360.

Q: Does the Sales Center control my Resorts 360 business?
A: Absolutely not. Always remember this is your business and you can work it any way you want. We are simply a Sales System for your business. If you decide you want to participate in selling the program you can - again you have complete control of your business. 

Q: How do I know I am getting credit for all my Sales?
A: By getting involved with the Resorts360 Sales Center System you will have a real time tracking system. The tracking system will track not only your sales but will allow you to track every lead and prospect that contacts the sales center. This is done through a specific ID# that is issued to every new member that joins the R360 Sales Center System.

As a Member you can advertise your own 800# and have the calls forwarded to the Sales Center or keep track of your leads that have opt-in to your auto-responder that you may have directed to the Sales Center System. By doing so you can capture the name and phone number of the person on your caller ID or utilize the opt-in information, then match it to the leads in your back office. Everything honest always has a check and balance.

Q: Are the Account Executives closing my sales also Resorts360 Members themselves?
A: Although the owner of the Sales Center System has a close relationship with Resorts 360, the Account Executives working at the office sign a non-compete agreement and are not allowed to participate in the business. We never want there to be a conflict of interest.

Q: Do your Account Executives work from home?
A: Absolutely Not! We are a Professional Sales Team offices located in Phoenix Arizona. We would never put your leads in the hands of someone sitting at home, with you wondering if they were going to pay more attention to your prospects or their friends who just came over to their house to hang out. What if your “at home” sales rep does not pay their phone bill and their phone gets shut off - or worse than that, what if they get evicted. Where would that leave your business?

Q: Is there more than one Sales Center System?
A: We are the original Sales Center System for this type of home-based business. Since forming the Sales Center System, there have been many copy - cat (so called) Sales Centers. Most, if not all are no longer in business for varies reasons. Q: Can a prospect sign up with the Resorts360 Sales Center System without the ID# of the Member that re-referred them to the business?
A: No. We will not assist, or sign up anyone who does not have the ID Code of the Member from the ad they called in on. If they do not have an ID Code, we will encourage them to go back and find the ad or website that they got the phone number from and provide that information.

Q: If I'm good at sales, why should I sign up for the Sales Center System?
A: That's a great question. Although many home based business marketers are good at selling, the people who join your business are usually not as good as you.
